Financial leadership, cash flow control, and forecasting without hiring a full-time CFO.
We act as the financial control center for owner-led service businesses.
Our fractional CFO services provide cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic guidance so owners can make confident decisions without guessing.

I take a disciplined, systems-driven approach to tax preparation and administrative operations, with a focus on accuracy, timing, and execution under real business conditions.
My experience spans small business operations, client coordination, and workflow optimization. That background allows me to identify breakdowns early, streamline intake and documentation, and ensure filings move from start to finish without delays or rework.
I have completed multiple IRS-approved tax preparation courses with a specialization in Schedule C and Schedule E and maintain active continuing education through Liberty Tax. I also hold the IRS Annual Filing Season Program Record of Completion for 2024 and 2025.
At Estrada Tax & Accounting, I oversee the operational side of client delivery. This includes document intake systems, administrative workflows, and quality control to ensure every tax filing is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
My role exists to remove friction for business owners by enforcing structure, accountability, and precision so financial obligations are handled correctly and predictably.

“Fractional CFO and Financial Oversight for Service-Based Businesses”
I bring Marine Corps discipline and systems-level thinking to financial leadership for owner-led businesses.
My background as a Marine Corps Maintenance Management Specialist trained me to design controls, track performance, and operate under real-world constraints. That same operational mindset now drives how I oversee bookkeeping, tax, and financial decision-making for business owners who need clarity, control, and predictability.
I hold dual QuickBooks Online certifications, advanced Schedule C and Schedule E tax preparation training, and maintain active federal continuing education through Liberty Tax. I am a recipient of the IRS Annual Filing Season Program Record of Completion for 2024 and 2025 and continue progressing toward a Bachelor’s in Accounting.
More importantly, I apply that technical foundation to outcomes that matter:
Clients engage me when they want more than clean books. They want structure, accountability, and financial leadership rooted in experience, precision, and a mission-first mindset.
